Just as in a lyrical composition, in the kitchen of our "La Volpe e l'Uva" restaurant - pride and joy of our hotel - the quest for the balance of the senses lies at the base of our philosophy.
The quiet and tranquillity, the perfumes, the plate compositions, are the prelude to an experience that has very little to do with the just the mere term "eating"...
The kitchen, managed by Chef LUIGI UGOLINI - national president of the Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani (Professional Association of Italian Chefs) - is focused on the creation of dishes dedicated to the territory; products chosen from a short-supply chain allows a sober harmony between taste and presentation.

The Wine List, personally catered to by the owner - who has always been a refined expert of Bacchus - is continuously evolving and proposes several wines that span Italian tradition.
The dining room, deliberately sober and warm at the same time, can seat up to about 60 people and transmits that refined familiarity that ushers in the beginning of an itinerary that will lead to a feeling of fulfilment in every way.
The restaurant is accessible not only to the hotel's guests, but also to anyone who would like to enjoy good cuisine.
The restaurant is open all year round.
