Reservation, cancellation policy and rules to be respected
Reservation cannot be considered confirmed until the confirmation form received upon reservation is returned, signed for acceptance, to the hotel via fax, postal mail or e-mail, and the deposit sent within three days.
In case of cancellation of the reservation fifteen days before arrival (the days may vary according to the date of reservation and that of arrival), the confirmation deposit will not be returned and cannot be used for another reservation.
Early departure
In case our guests leave the hotel earlier that established in the reservation, they will have to pay the period of actual stay and the hotel will not return the confirmation deposit.
Arrival and departure
The rooms are available for our guests starting from 14:00 on the day of their arrival (check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00). Check-out is by 10.00 on the day of departure.
Animals
Only small animals are allowed and only if the owner arrives at the hotel totally equipped for the animal's needs (bowls, bedding, toiletries, etc.)
Animals may not sleep or stay on the beds or on the hotel's linen. |
